A new space to enjoy in Denver

About the Space

Our Studio is a multifunctional space in Denver, CO, right off of South Broadway and nearby multiple RTD stations. We serve our community by offering dance and fitness classes, and also by renting out our flexible spaces. We have a beautiful lobby area to welcome guests with multiple lounge spaces, a spacious ballroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and mirrors, a creative space, a pole studio, and more. We have multiple amenities for guest comfort, including an ADA accessible entrance, a parking lot, and a backroom lounge to enjoy. We've had the pleasure of hosting multiple events this year, even just having opened recently in May 2026. Additionally, we can provide food & beverage services to complete your event. We have several types of listings, including: Private Events (from $300 and up) Meetings (from $150 and up) Rehearsals and Class Rentals ($55 and up, discounts available for continued use) Whether you have something to celebrate or you're organizing an event, Studio 8 is the freshest spot to host!
