Wir bieten einen lichtdurchfluteten, kreativen und flexiblen (neuen) Arbeitsraum für Workshops, Events, Film- & Fotoproduktion, Pop Up Stores oder Meet Ups.
Unser Ziel ist es, Raum zu schaffen, um Menschen und Ideen zu verbinden und ihr volles Potenzial zu entfalten.
Wir vermieten unseren Hauptraum (75 m2) und einen kleinen Raum (15m2), ausgestattet mit flexiblem Mobiliar, Whiteboard, Flipcharts, Kreativmaterial und einem Beamer.
Selbstversorgung oder Catering ist beides möglich.
Unsere Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Kochplatten, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Wasserkocher sowie Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet.
Frische Luft in den Pausen? Nur 200m entfernt befindet sich der Alaunpark mit Spielplatz und wenige Meter von dort aus geht es in die Dresdner Heide.
Wir befinden uns mitten in der Dresdner Neustadt, einem lebendigen Kreativquartier, aber dennoch ruhig in einem Hinterhof.
Dank der zentralen Lage sind wir mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar

We offer a light-flooded creative and flexible (new) work space for workshops, events, film- & photo production, pop up stores or meet ups.
Our purpose is to open space for connecting people and ideas, enfolding their full potential.
We rent our main room (75 m2) and a small room (15m2), equipped with flexible furniture, whiteboard, flip charts, creative material and a beamer.
Self supply or catering is both possible.
Our kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking plates, microwave, dish washer and kettle as well as dishes and cutlery.
Fresh air during breaks? Just 200m away you find the Alaunpark with a playground and a few meters from there you enter the Dresdner Heide.
We are situated in the middle of the Dresden Neustadt, a lively creative neighborhood, although quiet in a backyard.
Thanks to the central location, we are easily accessible by public transport

Parking spaces are available on the street and in the car park Kulturzentrum Scheune. Bicycles can be parked in the backyard.
