The Picasso Room features exposed brick, a large bridal room, access to a balcony, and plentiful natural lighting. The rental fee is $3,800 with a $500 damage deposit. A warming/cooling kitchen shared with the Monet Room is also included. Direct access to the lawn can be rented for an additional $400
