Located in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking and NO HOA. 40 minutes north of LA. This pool-sized lot is Drought Resistant with an ECO-Friendly design and great curb appeal. Excellent outdoor layout with endless possibilities for filming and still shots. Wifi and electric outlets access. Filming is not permitted inside. We live/work in our home and will be available to ensure the success of your project.
