About the Space
This studio for content creators, influencers, models, and photographers to capture picture and video content. The open space concept also makes it an ideal place to host private events. If your creativity needs an accessory - we have it. Included in every package, our goal is to provide the tools necessary to make the most out of your booking. With everything from strong wifi, monitored security, and half a dozen staged photo areas, to a fully accessible loading bay for any equipment you may need to bring in - our studio was developed to meet the needs of each use of our space. Parking options Free onsite parking, Free street parking, Nearby parking lot Parking description 8 parking spots are available exclusively for the studio. After 5 pm, a shared parking lot is available to all guests with up to 22 spots. Lighting description We have four large windows that span the front of our studio, along with the two glass entry doors allowing for natural light to illuminate the building. The first half of the studio is well lit all day. At this time, there is no way to control the light but we are OK with the windows being covered with paper if necessary. Ambient noise description Our studio is not soundproof. We face a main road, but in personal recordings we've done inside of the studio, we hear very little from outside. You will hear a light hum when the AC unit kicks on, but it is not disrupting. Equipment loading description We have a large garage door that can be utilized to load any items in and out of the studio. Staging description Two large private bathrooms which are mainly used for outfit changes. Flexible Cancellation Policy Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
