About the Space
A large workshop space is available for rent. The studio is 1200 sqft in a clean, bright facility. It is fully equipped with finished floors, mirrors, a piano, music stands, and a PA system! Additionally, the building has ample free parking and is close to transit for the convenience of our clients. Everything is brand new and in excellent condition. COVID safe protocols in place—deep cleaned, sanitized, physical distancing, PPE available. $150 Damage deposit for 8hrs booking $100 Damage deposit for 4hrs booking

The venue itself is perfect, equipped with all the amenities needed to ensure the party is a success. From the decor to the music, everything was impeccable.
