Two storey home in Toronto's High Park neighbourhood. Turn of the century on the outside, bright and minimalist on the inside. Newly renovated, east-facing space that has great light at all times of the day. All white interior with white-washed ask hardwood flooring throughout. Large windows in front and back of the house. 1400 square feet over 2 floors. Also includes 600 square ft. basement with living area and separate gym space. Main floor is open concept, bright and white with simple kitchen, eating space, living area and powder room. Beautiful, simple gas fireplace in living room with driftwood and rocks. Large sliding doors open up off the dining area onto a 2-level backyard deck. Second floor has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a laundry room. Master bedroom located at back of the house includes large ensuite bathroom. Master ensuite has stunning gold accents that compliment the black marble floors, white grid wall tile and large walk-in shower. Front bedroom has large east-facing bay window. Small office includes access to empty attic.

This is a great space for small to medium sized shoots. Beautiful, clean design and a good amount of open space. Robyn was great to work with and always quick to respond.
