Downtown Creative Studio is an industrial, blank canvas. Ready for immediate usage to suit any need. Please note - listed rates are only for productions. For events our rates start at $155/hr with a cleaning fee included. Events are not available for instant book. The property is located within an industrial building from the 1800s. The middle of the premises contains the parking lot that is enclosed by a gate. I highly recommend this property and Cairo for any of your film location needs.

Firstly ,Cairo was amazing to work with! She’s very good with communication and she is willing to help whenever you need it . The actual venue was just perfect for my creative event. I would definitely use the space again in the future . It’s just the right size for small / medium sized events. The parking is a bit limited but it’s Atlanta so there’s always a way. My team and I had a great experience in this space !

The space was perfect for our small shoot. Cairo (Host) was a great communicator. It was a pleasure to work with her. We would come back and use this space again when we are in Atlanta.
