Property Rules • Fire Safety: Strictly NO smoking or open flames anywhere on the property due to brush and high-desert fire hazards. • Trash & Cleanup: All trash must be packed out; the property must be left in the exact condition it was found. A flat restoration/cleaning fee applies to all bookings. • Off-Limits Areas: The main house interior is strictly off-limits to crew and cast unless explicitly negotiated in writing beforehand. • Special Requests: Please specify in your booking request if your production involves animals, pyrotechnics, stunts, or night shoots.
