Extremely private 9-acre ranch with 3 rustic cabins, lookout tower, large pool, Cedar Hot tub, and endless Hill Country views. The property is located on a private hilltop in the heart of hill country, with amazing panoramic views. Newly remodeled with thoughtful design and furnishings. Rustic but refined wood cabins with exposed beams, natural cedar beam stairs, stonework, and stained glass details with timeless appeal. Cabin 1 has a loft space with Queen size bed and with another queen bed/a reading nook as well as a balcony with chairs and a breakfast table. Downstairs is living room, with books art, a full kitchen and bathroom. Cabin 2 has a Queen size bed and a twin xl bed plus a Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speaker. There is a small front porch with a couple of chairs and a large back porch with a farm-style dining table that seats up to 10 people, overlooking our little pasture area. It also has a full bathroom and kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig) Cabin 3 has a Queen size bed, decorative stone fireplace, exposed beams and a full bathroom. It also has its own screened-in porch with hand-made stained glass windows. There is a mini-fridge and Bang & Olufsen Bluetooth speaker The three cabins are connected by a stone courtyard with a fire pit. The property has a large pool with a lookout tower (raised patio up a full flight of stairs) and a large cedar hot tub with stone boulder steps. The cabins are nestled into a grove of mature oaks, surrounded by a large pasture of grass and wildflowers with cedar beyond that. The long gravel driveway has a turnaround, and there is a large flat area at the lower end of the pasture that can park larger trucks.
