The home & barn was built in 1997 and has been well maintained. The home has a finished basement, kitchen, in-law suite, Living room, 2 dining rooms, bar room, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, The barn has 10 horse stables, 5,000sq ft indoor arena 1,000sq ft finished loft and a 1,000sq ft unfinished loft with flexibility for any adjustments you will want to make to fit the creative of the film/show. The Property is off private cul de sac and is roughly 800ft off the road so there will be privacy and space to park trailers & cars outside and inside the property. There is a school that is 2 minutes away from property for additional parking.
