Looking for a space for small gatherings and perfect for production and photoshoot? Our space is the ultimate choice! Featuring modern amenities like Wi Fi, AC, and not just one, but eight TVs—one in each room, including two impressive 70" screens in the master bedroom and living room, along with several 50" TVs throughout. Full access to our kitchen and free parking facilities. We look forward to hosting you. House Rules Guests will be required to read the House Rules and sign the rental agreement. Security Deposit A refundable $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, to cover cleaning costs. Additional Amenities Extra lighting options throughout the house. A crib is available upon request. We currently have over 20 listings and two cribs, so please let us know in advance if you need one and we will ensure a crib is made available for your arrival.
