About the Space
The Foundry Ruins event space is exactly what its name refers to. This historic space dates back to the1880s when the site was a foundry, warehouse and machine factory in the prime of the industrial age. Brick ruins encompass fresh and clean artificial turf that makes the space come alive in any photos. Perfect for weddings with archways that show the train in the background.

This space was perfect for our photo shoot. Melanie and her team were extremely accommodating and I will definitely recommend!

It was a beautiful place to shoot and looked exactly like the pictures provided in Giggster. The only issue we had was with the fire pit. We had to pay an additional $20 for four pieces of firewood. We were unable to get the fire started sufficiently to complete the fire pit scene we had planned. We wanted to capture the fire pit as shown in the marketing pictures. I think this was a lack of good customer service and should have been included at no charge. When I asked why it was not included, I was told we got a really good rate for the location. I did not negotiate a discount rate and only went by the charges shown in Giggster.

Wonderful location for a photo op of a rustic scenery. We were able to capture the great photos of what we were going for.
