(It is taxed as forest land) Property is a true log cabin in the center of 62.5 acres with no close neighbors and offers exceptional privacy. 2 acres of fenced in yard, can fit 50 cars and sleep up to 23. Maximum capacity is 100 people. You'll feel like you're secluded in the middle of nowhere but you're only 10 minutes away from civilization in Torrington with all the stores and shopping you might need. This property has had several music and television productions filmed here previously, so the owner understands the needs and requests of those in the industry. Amazing great room with a substantial fireplace. Game room, full gym, pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong, darts, shuffleboard, horse shoes, Pacman, Mortal Kombat II, Big Buck Hunter, inside bar, outside bar, propane fire table, grill, projector, whole house sound system with microphone, and a dining area that can seat 20+ people together for a meal.
