About the Space
A raw, industrial gym in the heart of Arts District — exposed [brick/concrete], a full rig, ropes, sleds, and functional fitness equipment set against a gritty, no-frills backdrop. Built for hard training, it reads on camera: think fitness commercials, workout videos, music videos, and editorial shoots that want authentic grit over a polished studio look. 7000 sq ft of open floor space, [ceiling height] ceilings, and [natural light description — skylights/windows/none]. Steps from Little Tokyo and the Arts District's murals and warehouses for easy exterior coverage nearby. Flexible scheduling around gym hours; [parking/loading details].
