About the Space

Intimate theater complex with two performance spaces. This listing is for use of the Mainstage, our ground level larger format performance space. The Mainstage is ideally suited for small-to-medium budget theatrical productions, rehearsals, and medium footprint tv/film productions. ~*Each space is also available individually under it's own listing*~ A standard set of theatrical lighting instruments are available for use in each space, with supervision by site-rep. Facility has standard power for a commercial space its size, and ample space for generators if need be. Exterior sound recording is not advisable, but we have excellent sound dampening in the performance spaces which mitigates noise pollution from the nearby neighborhood. If you only need one space, but will be recording high quality audio, it is advisable that you book both spaces to avoid noise pollution from another renter in the other space on the same day. Managed by theater and filmmakers! --Scouting-- We are open for location scouting by appointment M-S 9a-3p. Unfortunately no scouting or shooting is possible on Sundays. Conveniently located near Universal Studios with walkable food and drink options. Both lobbies have built-in bars with refrigerators available for use with rental. If you do not have an approved booking here on Giggster your dates are not reserved. Inquiries about the location or coming by to scout the location will not place any form of hold on your dates. We will however provide a soft hold for specific dates by written request only once you've completed a preliminary scout. During a soft-hold we will alert you to other clients requesting your desired filming dates and will give you approximately twelve hours to make your formal booking request.
