A standard theatrical lighting package is available with supervision from an on-site representative. Located on the ground floor, the theatre allows for easier load-in and includes a large lobby area that can be used for audience entry, staging, or production operations. The facility provides standard commercial power, and generator support can be accommodated for production shoots if needed. Sound Considerations Exterior sound recording is not recommended due to normal neighborhood activity. However, the theatre is well sound-dampened and suitable for most productions. Projects requiring extremely sensitive audio recording may consider booking both spaces to avoid potential noise from other renters. Scouting Location scouting is by appointment only. Scouting hours: Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Scouting and filming are not available on Sundays. Location Conveniently located in North Hollywood near Universal Studios, with restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. Both lobby areas include built-in bar spaces with refrigerators that may be used during rentals. Alcohol service is determined case-by-case and may require permits or additional staffing. Booking Policy Bookings are first come, first served. Dates are not reserved until a booking is formally approved through the platform. Inquiries and scouting visits do not hold dates. Soft holds may be offered after a preliminary scout by written request. During a soft hold, renters will be notified if another party requests the same dates and given a short window to confirm.
