Newly-renovated 1500 square foot apartment with an oversized chef's kitchen, bespoke details, and tons of light. The kitchen is perfect for high-end cooking content — it features a Gaggeneau induction cooktop, fridge, and freezer, top-of-the-line cookware, Fisher Paykel oven and steam oven, and a butler's pantry with a KitchenAid Pro and VitaMix. Roomy bathrooms (for NYC) with Waterworks shower hardware. Main bath has a window. The space has a private entrance from the street and is on the second floor of a corner building, so it gets fantastic light all day.
