Large art gallery, studio complex, and bar

About the Space

7,000 sq ft building that consists of 3 art gallery spaces, an art bar, 16 studio spaces, two escape rooms (not included in price), a small lounge with view and partial kitchen. The building is 2 stories, and the downstairs is fully ADA-compliant. Great filming for a trip to an art gallery/studio complex with lots of different areas. The builing is well-lit with LED daylight-balanced lighting throughout as well as surround sound speaker system. The price includes filming in the front gallery spaces, kitchen, lounge, and hallway spaces, but the bar, studio spaces, and escape rooms may be possible to add on. Please inquire via email prior to booking. For events/weddings, the bar will be open, and drinks will be available for purchase. We need 15 days advance notice to allow guests to travel through the full building with drinks, otherwise, they have to remain in the bar. For events, select studios will be open, but not all. Six will be open at minimum. We do not have parking on site, but have 100 free spots, including three lots, available within two blocks.
