Quiet location and audio friendly. Large 20'x14' roll up garage door with street level access. Back your 3 ton grip truck right in and drop gear. Parking for 8 right out front along with easy street parking and a $5 all day lot on the block. Large assortment of photo/video/film equipment for rentals along with a large assortment of vintage cars available for rent as props for extra fee. Please enquire. 2 bathrooms. Fast WiFi.
