Our waterfront home is situated on Lake Spivey, a 600 acre full sports lake. With 170+ feet of water frontage we are located just 20 minutes south of the Atlanta International Airport. Because of its locality and beauty, Lake Spivey has become a regular location for filming and is even home to several celebrities, business owners and local personalities. Our craftsman style ranch home is nestled on a 1+ acre wooded lot with large mature trees and lake views from nearly every window. We have a boat dock/house, boats and direct lake access. We have 4 oversized garage bays, lots of pave parking, decks, enclosed porches and patios by which to enjoy beautiful lakefront views.
