Fantastic experience filming at The Honeymoon Inn. Incredible space, provided us with perfect set dressing and the aesthetics we were looking for but with access and movement we would never be able to achieve inside a real house location. Olivia was such a wonderful stage manager and resource. Our entire crew had a great day with great results.

The Honeymoon Inn Film Studio was beyond a dream to film our music video!! Not only are the sets incredible but they have period props on site for use during filming and some surprise sets that aren’t shown in their profile that after we scouted wound up being the icing on the cake to the video concept we had not originally planned on. The location is clean, had a safe/gated parking area and communication with the location coordinator was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend this location for a shoot!!

★ All crew and talent must take off their shoes when walking on the carpet. We will provide you with booties to cover yo

★ Furniture is for talent ONLY. Please bring what you need for crew.

★ Food and drinks are NOT allowed within the sets. Please eat outside or in the open area in the back of the warehouse.

★ The round circle bed CANNOT be moved.

★ The dining room credenza and dishes CANNOT be moved.

★ Cover C-Stands with tennis balls

★ NO smoking on the premises. This will result in a $1000.00 fine and the termination of your production.

NO PETS unless approved for production.

Heavy body make-up is not permitted to be used indoors on furniture seeing as it stains them.

NO FAKE BLOOD allowed under any circumstance.

★ No standing on the furniture.

★ No sitting on the back of furniture (i.e. the couches).

★ You are required to clear the premises within 15 minutes of scheduled wrap time.

★ We have hard in and hard out times please do not show up before your scheduled start time and we need to see taillight

This was a wonderful setup. It had everything we needed and more for our photo shoot. The hosts were very accommodating, and I appreciated their willingness to work with us on our change of schedule. Would definitely rent again. Thank you Jake and Shanel!
