About the Space

Seclusion has never been so close to civilization. 50 acres of mostly flat land perfectly framed by surrounding hills. Private, quiet, naturally soundproofed. Only 1/2 mile from I-10 within Yucaipa and Redlands city limits. One hour and 15 minutes from LA City. No film permits are needed since this is a private property. Long-term leases and /or storage is available for set construction. Street- level buildings w/ easy access for cars and container trucks. *Wedding, events and concert rates are approximately $400 per hour. *Please ask about main house rental if you need indoor space. *Props , cars and antiques are available upon request. *Please preferably scout the property before booking, grass changes colors continuously (seasonal)

    This was the most beautiful location! It was huge. So much space and so many different areas to shoot in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Took us on a golf cart to tour the property and even cleaned a couple of cars for us to shoot with. Everyone was very on top of it! Recommend bring huge trash bags to put in bin so you can take your trash out later!!

    Beautiful location and great host! Provided a home base for production , and a golf cart or bikes to get around the property. Super helpful , accommodating host that made it easy to shoot all over the property. Would highly recommend!
