About the Space
Seclusion has never been so close to civilization. 50 acres of mostly flat land perfectly framed by surrounding hills. Private, quiet, naturally soundproofed. Only 1/2 mile from I-10 within Yucaipa and Redlands city limits. One hour and 15 minutes from LA City. After-hours shoots, after 7:00 PM may require additional staff on-site, which is factored into the rate. No film permits are needed since this is a private property. Long-term leases and /or storage is available for set construction. Street- level buildings w/ easy access for cars and container trucks. *Wedding, events and concert rates are approximately $400 per hour. *Please ask about main house rental if you need indoor space. *Props , cars and antiques are available upon request. *Please preferably scout the property before booking, grass changes colors continuously! (seasonal)

I love this place for production! This is our second shoot here and would recommend anyone to shoot here. Graciela is so easy to get in contact with! We had a photoshoot at this location. Given, are crew was small, but there's so much space to work with.

This was the most beautiful location! It was huge. So much space and so many different areas to shoot in. Staff was friendly and helpful. Took us on a golf cart to tour the property and even cleaned a couple of cars for us to shoot with. Everyone was very on top of it! Recommend bring huge trash bags to put in bin so you can take your trash out later!!

Beautiful location and great host! Provided a home base for production , and a golf cart or bikes to get around the property. Super helpful , accommodating host that made it easy to shoot all over the property. Would highly recommend!

It's rare to find such kind and gracious hosts as Graciela and Abraham. They welcomed us to their property and were incredibly accommodation to our entire crew. Their ranch is such a rare find - beautiful open fields, old industrial barns, and a graveyard of cars - the possibilities of what you can shoot here are endless. I really could not recommend this spot highly enough, it was well worth the drive out from LA. Friendly people make a shoot exponentially more enjoyable, and it was truly a joy to have Graciela and Abraham as our hosts. Can't wait to return soon :)
