In the Historic Chelsea building our penthouse space consists of 1200 square ft. Breathtaking magnificent urban and Hudson River views adds sophistication to your professional occasion or event. 12 foot high floor to ceiling windows face north with beautiful open daylight. The space is wonderfully quiet. Very well suited for Fashion presentations, photo/video shootings and more. Freight elevator: Mon-Fri 24 hours/day Saturday 12am - 5pm Sunday 11am - 5 pm Off hours available at $85/hour Elevator: Main elevator 24/7 Sun. from 12pm Second elevator: Mon. - Sat. 8 am - 5:00 pm Sunday Closed(available at $85/hour) In-house rental amenities: We will send a list upon request.
