About the Space
Rent our entire venue including Cafe and Tasting Room for EVENING RENTALS only. This base daily price of $3350-$3850 is based on weekend evening rentals suitable for weddings or similar events/parties. The price is negotiable according to day of week and number of hours needed. Once a metal factory, our large space is industrial, yet elegant and beautifully light-filled. The event area is 2600 sq ft featuring exposed brick, high ceilings, west-facing windows and a view of the coffee roastery. We can accommodate 80 (100 max) seated for dining or 125 cocktail style. Three roll-up doors to a small outdoor space adds flow from the indoors out. We have a gorgeous bar and kitchen with walk-in fridge and freezer, enough room for dancing, all wheelchair accessible. We work with a number of exclusive catering partners. Currently, you can bring your own alcohol (there is no corkage). And of course, we can provide outstanding coffee! Our space has hosted many wonderful evening events: corporate dinners, special parties and many weddings. We have free parking, and are a minute's walk from the Lansdowne Subway Station in the Bloordale area.

Love this place! We had our wedding here and it could not have been a more perfect venue. Kristi, the Events Director, was also incredible to work with. Would definitely recommend this place for any event. They also have great coffee.
