The property sleeps up to 10 guests. The main house features 2 bedrooms and the ADU has 1 bedroom and it’s own kitchenette. The interior balances warmth and modernity, with open-concept living spaces designed for gathering and comfort. Large windows frame the desert landscape and bring natural light into the home throughout the day, while two indoor propane fireplaces create a cozy atmosphere during cooler evenings. Beyond the main living areas, a series of creative spaces including a music studio, crafts room, and haberdashery dress-up room. Outdoor living is central to the Ranch experience. At the heart of the property sits a modern heated container pool, surrounded by a 720 square foot sun deck with sweeping desert views. Nearby, a large six-person hot tub offers the perfect place to unwind beneath the stars. A sauna and cold plunge complete the on-site hot and cold therapy circuit, while multiple firepits, lounge areas, and dining patios create effortless flow for long desert days and nights.    One of the ranch’s most iconic features is its private drive-in movie theater. Complete with a projector, vintage speakers, and classic cars, it delivers a nostalgic, unforgettable movie-night experience set against the desert backdrop. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen with propane grill and pizza oven makes al fresco meals easy.   With a nine-hole mini golf course, yoga deck, children’s playground, swing set, telescopes for stargazing, and five acres of private boulder-filled terrain, the ranch is frequently described as a destination in itself.
