Daily rate of $1900 based on eight hours/day. If booking goes over 8 hours, booking is charged hourly. ***EVENTS TO BE NEGOTIATED AT TIME OF BOOKING **MANHATTAN VERY LARGE 2000 SQ.FT. has 6 ROOMS & 2 BEDROOM w/13 sunny windows all VIEW OF HUDSON RIVER on HIGH FLOOR, EASY PARKING. Booking includes: Foyer, living room 70"TV& cable, dining room, gallery-breakfast room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms both w 65"TV & cable, 1 bathroom, 5 minute walk #1/A/B/C/D trains & food & liquor stores, restaurants, lounges, bars, coffee shops, bakeries, riverfront parks, nightlife and jazz. *CLOSE TO* Bard/Barnard/City/Columbia/Fordham/Cornell. I will be available by text or email or phone during your stay. My personal assistant lives 3 minutes away and will also be avail at all hours everyday. She is also available if you need extra help for a gatherings or general housekeeping by the hour at an hourly rate depending on service. There is also a 24/7 live in super to help with your needs or emergency.
