A lovely black box theatre space in the heart of the Langley retail district. It's a small but unique facility ready for live performances (concerts, theatre, dance, film premiere) or special events. With 27 ft. ceilings, the space is perfect for film/photo shoots, especially where a green screen is required. The space is outfitted with sprung floors, excellent for dance or any high impact physical activities. Space can be configured as needed - risers are available to create a stage or seating; pipe and drape can be used to create wings and backstage area; folding chairs on a single rack can be easily set to suit your event; portable tables are also ready for use.   • Liquor licences and "Serving it Right" staff need to be provided by renter. Rearrangement of furniture require a staff person for supervision. All catered foods must be prepped in an offsite kitchen and all serving equipment brought by renters. Small weddings only. All sound, projection and lighting equipment used require a technician (to be paid hourly) by renter. Setting up of risers, tables, chairs also require supervision of staff person (also to be paid hourly). We have the right to limit the type of activity permitted in the space and reserve the right to terminate a rental if it deems the activity is becoming unruly, damaging to property or unbefitting of the values of the venue.
