Modern Loft like townhouse on a tree-lined street in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Large open plan parlor floor (20ft x 40ft) with 11ft vaulted ceilings, chefs kitchen, mid century light fixtures and exposed beams. total sq footage is 1600. Eclectic minimalist decorations throughout. Very large master bedroom, children's bedroom and office upstairs that can be used for holding and hair and makeup. Four antique fireplaces, one is wood burning. Front yard and large Backyard available for staging and catering with garden, slate patio and large elm tree (and 3 chickens!!) Original turn of the century arched front door. Large front windows for easy lighting Ample street parking and friendly neighbors. Furniture can be easily moved. Our friends townhouse 2 doors down is available to rent for food prep/holding/office space during filming.
