About the Space
We are a brand new 4-season (fully insulated) houseboat, nestled in a pirate bay in beautiful Wakefield, QC. The boat is a custom creation built with barn wood, copper and reclaimed tin on a solid aluminium deck with 20,000lbs of buoyancy (floating power)! Space is 33 feet long with 23 feet of inside cabin space. At 11 feet wide, there is more enough room to move about and mingle with guests. The Den has a cozy wood stove and an second storey loft away from the action to rest or read. There is a cedar roof top deck, perfect for stargazing, yoga or suntanning and a front deck for lounging and swimming. The boat has 3 large patio doors and round windows, a custom steering wheel for the 60 hpw motor, and many more remarkable features! There is no bathroom on the boat, but it is conveniently docked near public bathrooms, cafes and bars in the village centre. A captain will be supplied for your river den experience, unless someone in the group has pirating (boating) experience. To be discussed upon booking.
