45-acre rural property with 7200 sq.ft. horse arena, 3 pastures, wild blackberry trails, young Christmas tree farm, and 6 pet alpacas. It has a brand new horse ranch/hog farm located near South of Olympia. The farm spans over acres with creeks and hiking trails. We also have wetlands and many wild animals roaming around such as deer, coyotes, eagles, hawks, etc. Our Farm/Horse Arena is available for all types of Events, Meetings and Photoshoots/Film shoots.
