Welcome to the Church House! This beautiful, well maintained house features a church side that was built in 1896 and has all of the dramatic features you could dream of in one cozy space, with modern amenities! Enjoy a unique setting in a gray stone church fashioned after a castle, complete with a turret housing a church bell! Floor to ceiling stained glass windows, a choir loft, an organ, a ringable church bell, and original hardwood floors are some of the fun features that will make your production *pop*. In addition, some of the functional elements include: -heating and ac -u shaped driveway in back with 2 designated parking spaces, a carport that can house another vehicle or an RV, and a parking lot next door with over 10 parking spaces -access to a bathroom in the main living space that is connected by a door, but private -beautiful retro pool table in the church space next to a small library space -several lighting options in the church space -unit is not connected to other houses and location is quiet, but still only 20 mins from downtown -access to a small outdoor patio area through French doors in the church -other areas of the residence that may be available for production rental upon negotiation include: sunroom/atrium, 70’s/80’s style bathroom with large tiled jacuzzi tub, fully equipped studio apartment above detached garage, kitchen in main space(for personal use during production only; not for filming)
