Located on Beautiful Whidbey Island, outside of trendy and historic downtown Langley, WA. Bare Land features 100 yr old Douglas Fir, Cedar trees larger than you can imagine, undergrowth Ferns and Berries, Family of deer eating grass. Property offers a cleared area to set up site (photo shoot, small wedding, Film staging, tiny home or a campsite). Local attractions include: Beautiful public Beaches, incredible Views, Whale watching, bird watching, local shopping and Zen privacy. A rough walking path hidden in trees and undergrowth. Total is 0.33 acre of land, gravel driveway w/ 20% grade incline and 3 point turn around (2 car parking). Close by Off site local fairgrounds w/ amenities: electricity, bathrooms/showers, water only 2 min walking distance away. Also parking for unlimited overnight parking space for cars, trailers, RVs, trucks etc at $45 a night. Site Land is without public utilities a portable generator and external water can be provided if requested.
