Pipe grid is in a 4x4 configuration and is 18 feet above the ground. -Drive-in accessible in addition to a loading dock. -Free parking, up to 30 spaces available. -Studio available 7 days a week. -200amp distro with plentiful 20A circuits in ceiling and on ground. -In-house Grip and Lighting gear available for rent at additional cost.
