About the Space
Our space is a new mixed-use project that sits on the site of Standard Oil's original southeast headquarters dating back to the early 1900's. The architecture of the building was inspired by its surroundings: a railyard, the nearby Charleston Port, and the original Standard Oil offices next door. The space consists of individual office spaces, 3 ground floor retail spaces, a rooftop terrace, outdoor amphitheater, renovated 1950's railcar now in use as a green room, and retrofitted shipping containers.
