Premier 4-in-1 Film Stage in Central LA Family-owned and operated, our studio offers a private, 10,000 sq. ft. location for photo and film production in Mid-City Los Angeles. Our facility is designed to provide the ideal creative space for filmmakers, photographers, and content creators, featuring a Black-Out VOID, RGB Cyclorama, Makeup/Lounge areas, and an expansive Prop Yard. We even build custom sets to bring your vision to life! Studio Highlights Versatile Warehouse Space: Our studio offers 10,000 sq. ft. with 20-ft. high ceilings, perfect for custom set builds, filming with vehicles, or integrating large-scale props. • Black-Out VOID Stage: Ideal for achieving complete darkness, the Black-Out VOID covers 7,500 sq. ft. with a 18- 20-ft. ceiling, 800-amp power, water access, and motorized truss systems for ultimate flexibility. • Cyclorama: Our 3,500 sq. ft. RGB Cyclorama is 35’ wide and 32’ deep, with access to 800-amp house power, a 19-20’ ceiling, and a roll-up door for easy equipment access. • Support Rooms: 1,500 sq. ft. of support areas include 13 makeup stations, two VIP changing rooms, a comfortable lounge, bathrooms, fridges, coolers, TVs, speakers, and 1GB/s high-speed internet. Rates and Booking Options ( + Giggster Fees ) 1. Standard Packages (for crews under 15) • Half Day (5 hours): $1000 • Full Day (10+1 hours): $2000 • Hourly Rate: $210 (min 3 hours) 2.
