Beautiful Modern House in the Woods! Country vibes but centrally located. Only 40 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from theme parks. This 4/2 and a half house is located on 5 acres with a large pond. Inside a beautiful equestrian neighborhood with our own private trails that you can hike or horseback ride on. Close to lots of great restaurants & shopping, including historic Downtown Sanford. We live next door to the property if there are any issues we are here to help.
