About the Space
Located at Tam Junction in Mill Valley is a 3200 square foot strength training gym that gives you exclusive hourly access to one of our semi-private workout pods equipped with your very own rack, barbell, plates, and bench. The studio features a functional training area with all the other kettlebells and whistles you’d hope for–including fan bikes, rowers, lower body machines, cable machines, and more. Our recovery space features a stretching area, included with your reservation, and a Plunge brand sauna and Normatec Legs 3 compression boots available by reservation.
