Property booking features a walk-in salt water pool with natural local wood gazebos, exclusive use of 2700 sq-ft former production house with kitchenette, make-up room, living room and incredible viewpoints. Pricing DOES NOT INCLUDE *interior* of classic 1970s 5-bedroom Hacienda Style ranch home ($200 additional hourly) nor the daylight studio ($300 flat) or horse use (contact us for handler fee). This is a beautiful location to work with. Suze is an incredible host and helped with handling the horses for a campaign shoot. Everything went smooth and as planned. I recommend booking with Suze and getting to know her as she has incredible stories and is a firecracker to work with!

A gorgeous location with ethereal sunset views! Suze is a wonderful, accommodating host and we felt so welcome on her ranch. The staging area was perfect for our crew - both to house our product overnight and for our talent to have a comfortable place for hair and makeup.

Amazing and versatile location with beautiful cliffside and mountain views! The location has a whimsical charm that's accompanied nicely by the beautiful Italian/Spanish style buildings. The horse stable is a must for shooting! The host, Suze, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of her land, and she is also a super cool person! Will definitely shoot here again in the future.
