This three combined Units to stay is perfect if you are looking for a big space with cozy vibes! This unique place has a style all its own perfect for your small gatherings and filming a movie House Rules Guests will be required to read the House Rules and sign the rental agreement Parties/Gatherings No gatherings or parties are permitted. Only booked guests may be on-site at the property at any time unless arrangements have been discussed and approved, and additional fees paid in advance! Security Deposit A refundable $250 security deposit is required for each booking, as stated under the House Rules. This is separate from the booking payment. Booking this property implies your agreement to pay the deposit and honor the House Rules. No deposit means no entry. Pet Policy We welcome well-behaved pets and charge a small additional fee of $25 per pet, to cover cleaning costs.
