Beautiful 100-year-old Pasadena English Cottage w/separate guest cottage all set in a lush garden settings. Stylish and warm. The main house has a formal living room and dining room, large kitchen, Batchelder fireplace, French doors leading to the dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an office on the 1srt floor. The 2nd floor has a kitchenette along with two 450 SF bedrooms - each with dormer ceilings, and a bathroom. The front yard is very large and is enclosed by a 4 foot high fig covered wall. The 1 bedroom guest cottage is fully equipped and has two sets of double French doors leading to the garden. Mountain views, close to 210 Fwy.
