We are proud of our beautiful studio bordering on parkland and offering spaciousness in our group Mat area while keeping our Reformer area set aside for a more private experience. We are one of the few studios in the Mid-Atlantic area to offer the full Avalon System, both Arm Chairs and Step Barrels, which offers unique training that enhances our client's experience. Also, unique to Balanced BODIES studio, the entire staff is comprehensively trained through BASI Pilates, the ultimate in Pilates education. The instructor staff continues learning through various advanced courses, above and beyond the required industry credentials.
