Great 2500s.f. fully renovated work space available for short term rentals. 10 minutes from downtown Brooklyn, just off Atlantic Avenue. Perfect space to build your set, rehearse, and shoot all in one location, with hassle free load in/load out. - Open space, no columns - 17' ceilings - 14' Drive in door with direct street access for easy load-in/load out - Light, airy with 14 skylights and glass garage door (space can be blacked out if necessary) - New level slab floor on grade - New Radiant heat system - New electrical, 200amp 3phase, 110v + 220v - Curb cut/designated street parking space in front of building Additional fees for: - Night shoot - Black out - Car shoot This is a workspace for fabrication, photo/video shoots, film holding, art events, short term design and build jobs or similar type use. Available on a flexible schedule daily or weekly. Longer term needs (up to 12 weeks) can be discussed. If interested, please describe your project and use of the space and potential dates. A COI and a security deposit will be required (sorry -- no parties, no loud music.)

  • No smoking. Clean up after yourself - leave the space as it was. If paints or stains are to be used, the floor must be covered. Rental time is for the exact load-in–load-out times stated in the reservation. Overtime is charged at $100/hr. We will be present for the duration of the rental time. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to entry. Use of our scaffolding, ladders, or equipment requires prior agreement and additional insurance . ALL GARBAGE bags (food, construction debris, set materials, etc) must be removed from the site. Any garbage left behind will be charged a carting fee. Children or pets only with prior consent.
