No smoking. Clean up after yourself - leave the space as it was. If paints or stains are to be used, the floor must be covered. Rental time is for the exact load-in–load-out times stated in the reservation. Overtime is charged at $100/hr. We will be present for the duration of the rental time. Proof of insurance must be provided prior to entry. Use of our scaffolding, ladders, or equipment requires prior agreement and additional insurance . ALL GARBAGE bags (food, construction debris, set materials, etc) must be removed from the site. Any garbage left behind will be charged a carting fee. Children or pets only with prior consent.
