About the Space

Golden Fern Estate is a 19 acres property. We are nestled in the forest. Our closest neighbor is about 800 ft away. Golden Fern Estate borders Golden ears park and the UBC research forest. GFE is very scenic with many ponds, bridges and creeks. Large car parking areas and easily accessible with paved road. GFE has many Gazebos and a barn. Very quite and very close to Maple Ridge town center (15 minutes drive). The house is around 7000 sq ft with large open spaces, 2 kitchens and 5 bathrooms. We can host outdoor events such as weddings ceremonies, receptions, family reunions, birthday parties, private gatherings. The green space and parking lots can accommodate around 200 people. For the filming industry we can also offer our spacious house with available amenities and fees are negotiated separately.
