Nearly 180 years of history in this Registered Toronto Heritage property, this recently renovated building features floor-to-ceiling windows across the full face of the building. The space is divided into 4 levels that can be used separately or together, including the Main Floor, Lower Level, Raised Pavillion, and Upper Mezzanine. Ceiling ranging from 9' to 30' in various areas to create multiple visions and aesthetics. The whole space is painted a vibrant eye-catching white, with light grey floors. Espresso Bar & Kitchen for internal use during shoots, or can be used as a set for Cooking Shows or Lifestyle Shoots. Please inquire about booking the space before submitting an offer, as we book each studio individually.

A beautiful and modern space that will elevate any event. Anil and his team are very kind and accommodating. The communication was quick and they are easy to reach. The venue is clean and spacious. We were very impressed overall and would love to book again in the future!

SPACE is an amazing venue to host a private event/party. Anil was responsive and extremely supportive and helpful in making our large event come to life in a short amount of time. Any questions asked he delivered on or provided us with the right contact and to move things forward (security, food & bev, etc.). The day of our event Anil kindly fixed all our posters and print to make sure they were hung correctly. SPACE is a beautiful, dynamic venue that has so much to offer.
