Should anything get out of control please contact 9-1-1 Responsibility Smoking Smoking of any kind, and the use of alternative smoking devices (electronic or vapor), is not permitted inside the IMPACT Center Consumption or possession of illegal drugs is prohibited on IMPACT Center property. Smoking is permitted off-site of IMPACT Center Property Clean up / Trash Removal: The event venue is to be handed back in clean condition, at least in the condition it was before the event. Possible requisite cleaning / waste-disposal costs will be invoiced to you at the rate communicated to you. Please leave the rooms clean and in good order at the end of the event. We clean = you pay 75$ cleaning fee Conduct: The conduct of all participants and spectators while on IMPACT Center property shall be the responsibility of the renter. Persons under the influence of alcohol or narcotic or addictive substances or persons who for other similar reasons are not accountable for their behavior may not enter the premises and will be evicted should they become under the influence while on-site. IMPACT Center retains the right to evict objectionable persons from the premises. Repeated violations may result in denial of future reservation requests Damages: If there is any damage to the facility, displays, exhibits or any of the buildings contents during the rental period, the renter shall be required to pay for all necessary repairs or replacement. This includes any damage to the technical equipment when operated by anyone other than staff members of IMPACT Center The renter also accepts all responsibility for any injury to person(s) or property, or loss or damage to property or theft of personal property on IMPACT Center premises during the rental period. Failure by any individual or group to follow all applicable rules and regulations will be cause for immediate eviction.
