This is a versatile and private space. Beautiful and bright with white brick walls and multiple skylights. There is an array of furniture available or it can be provided as an empty space. We can also supply any equipment, supplies or services you may need from production gear to personnel. Available for photo/video shoots, dinner parties, small wedding receptions, vendor fairs, pop up shops, small events, fashion shows, baby showers, work meetings, rehearsals, roundtable discussions. *PLEASE NOTE* Rates list on thisopenspace start at $100/hr for photo/video shoots and small productions, and go up depending on factors like expected number of guests, type of event, date/times, etc. Please provide a detailed description of your plans for a proper estimate.
