About the Space
We realize that you may need a little extra space to bring your creation to life. So our facility provides you with 585 sq ft of studio space! In addition to that we have approximately 1500 sq ft of more client and production space. Not only do we provide ample space. We also have fully serviced amentities such as our make-up and changing rooms. Every rental includes: the green screen studio, kitchen-lounge, makeup-change room, parking access and on-site studio manager. 585 sq ft green screen studio space. Approx 1400 sq ft of additional client and production space. 22’6″ x 13’3″ ft cyc wall. Industrial rigging grid with pre-hung lighting. 13’3″ height from floor to grid. Sound-proofed Garage door loading dock. Parking for approx. 10 vehicles. 400 sq ft kitchen-lounge space. Fully stocked kitchen includes all dishes, glassware, cutlery, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, filtered water, couches, dining table. 150 sq ft Make-up & Change Rooms for cast.
