Beautiful open space with tall French windows and lots of natural light, the sun sets facing the front of the building so golden hour pictures/videos are exceptional in this space. Very luxurious and distinguished feel. This space is highly photogenic and will make the focal point of your pictures and videos POP and will add nicely to any story. Designer kitchen and washroom with granite counters and gorgeous matte black fixtures. Beautiful spacious balcony with a brick wall backdrop and view of new west skyline. Soo many great opportunities to get creative in this space. For film or photography students discounted rates are offered. I do my best to take care of my clients so they can get the most out of their creative space and I'm looking forward to hosting you!

Arshi’s place was better than I could have imagined! Great location, easy access to parking, the unit itself is absolutely gorgeous. Lots of natural light coming in, really well decorated, clean, nice plants and was perfect for my use. Can’t wait to rent it again.
