CHRISTMAS SETUP: October 11th to January 2nd This contemporary studio is the perfect space for workshops, seminars, meetings, pop-up shops, social events, and any other small-scale private event. With over 1500 sq ft of space, our studio can hold up to 100 people. Details: - 6 oversized windows - White walls with wainscotting wall paneling - Square pillars with intricate moulding details - Herringbone floors - Arch wall inset - Arched walls with velvet curtains (4) - Velvet curtain divider wall - 1500 sq ft - Ceiling height: 12 ft - Up to 100 people standing, 45 people seated What's Included: - Furnished space (as pictured) - Reception/Lobby - Change rooms (2) - Hair/makeup table (seats 2) Optional Add-ons: - 6 folding tables (6ft long): free of charge - 48 white folding resin chairs: $4/chair Event Rates: - $190/hr - 8+ hours: 15% off An additional $150 cleaning fee will be added to all events.
